Australia Wide Delivery

Take advantage of our great shipping rates that includes FREE delivery for all orders over $400*. (*excluding Grandfather Clocks - specialised carriers and insurance is required for all Grandfather Clock deliveries). 

The delivery and insurance cost for delivery within Australia is calculated in the shopping cart. Delivery charges for individual items are shown on the product page however for multiple items in one order; the updated shipping cost will be calculated in the shopping cart. All prices include GST.

The items will be delivered to your door by either Australia Post or via courier, generally Startrack or Fastway Couriers. Delivery to your door is subject to the network in which these carriers operate. 

We strive to deliver every order as soon as possible. If you can order an item on our website it means that the item is in stock and on average we will dispatch in stock orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. In the event that an item is showing in stock but this is an error in our system and the item is not available for dispatch in 2 business days, we will contact you and give you the option to fulfil the order another way or refund your money immediately.

We dispatch orders on weekdays, and delivery times will vary depending on your distance from our dispatch point in Montville, Queensland.

Please note:

Whilst PO Box deliveries are permitted, we don't recommend this method for large and/or fragile items. We use the most suitable carrier based on the item/s ordered and the delivery location.

International Delivery

We can ship internationally. Place your order through the website and select International Shipping - Request Quote at Checkout, once your order has been submitted we will then apply the international shipping costs and email an updated invoice for payment. If you haven't received an updated invoice within 2 business days please contact us at support@clockshop.com.au

Shipping costs to New Zealand starts at $16.00

Shipping costs to United Kingdom starts at $30.00

Shipping costs to Malaysia starts at $26.00

Shipping costs to India starts at $26.00

Shipping costs to Canada starts at $30.00

Shipping costs to Switzerland starts at $35.00

Please note: We won't be shipping to the US for the foreseeable future due to the new tariff and requirement of duties for imported goods to be collected prior to goods entering the US. In the future, if the tariffs and customs requirements are changed back, we will be able to resume shipping to the US
